RESOLUTION NO. 2015-819
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2016 LEVEE TREE CLEARING
(BLACK HAWK CREEK NORTH SIDE) AND SINK CREEK
CHANNEL CLEANING PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 888 .
WHEREAS, the plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
in conjunction with the FY 2016 Levee Tree Clearing (Black Hawk
Creek North Side) and Sink Creek Channel Cleaning Project,
Contract No. 888, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
October 12, 2015, as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is—so ordered on motion by this Council that the said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October 2015 .
