FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SINGLE-FAMILY HOME,
LOCATED NORTH OF 2605 IDAHO STREET, AS
OCTOBER 26,; 2015, AT 5: 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E.

WHEREAS, the Council, of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Harold E., Gd,tty _Council Chambers, City Hall, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 26th day of October,
2015, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a request to
rezone approximately 0 . 42 acres of land from "A-1", Agricultural
District to "R-2, One and Two Family Residence District to allow
for the construction of a new single-family home, located north
of 2605 Idaho Street, and legally described as follows:
