RESOLUTION NO. 2019-811
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS
NOVEMBER 7, 2019, AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
NOVEMBER 12, 2019, FOR THE DRY RUN CREEK
INTERCEPTOR, CONTRACT NO. 877, AND INSTRUCT CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Dry Run Creek Interceptor,
Contract No. 877, be scheduled for November 7, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 2. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 12th day of November
2019, to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the Dry Run Creek Interceptor, Contract No.
877.
Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
