RESOLUTION NO. 2019-818
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO KEISLER
POLICE SUPPLY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,677, FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT'S FY 2020 AMMUNITION NEEDS AS BUDGETED,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the sole bid submitted by Keisler Police Supply October 22, 2019 in the amount of
$24,677.00, for the Police Department's FY 2020 ammunition needs, is approved and the
contract is hereby awarded to Keisler Police supply.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of October 2019.
