RESOLUTION NO. 2019-819
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY CROELL, INC., IN THE
AMOUNT OF $2,148,349.98, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
RECONSTRUCTION OF TAXIWAY CHARLIE AT THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND AIRPORT DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, Croell, Inc., of New Hampton, Iowa, performed work in conjunction with
the reconstruction of Taxiway Charlie at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Croell, Inc., has completed the aforementioned project in accordance with
the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$2,148,349.98.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by Croell, Inc., at a total cost of$2,148,349.98, in conjunction with the
reconstruction of Taxiway Charlie at the Waterloo Regional Airport, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of October 2019.
