RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
'HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CURT AND
CARRIE SCHULTZ TO SELL AND CONVEY FOR
$200. 00, PLUS COSTS, A 1, 920 SQUARE• FOOT
PORTION OF AN EXISTING CITY-OWNED ALLEY
LOCATED NORTH OF 1317 WEST 11TH STREET, TO
ESTABLISH A PERMANENT DRIVEWAY TO AN EXISTING
DETATCHED GARAGE, AS NOVEMBER 9, 2015, AT
5 : 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS .
. FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5 :"30 p.m. on the 9th day of
November, 2015, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a
proposed Development Agreement with Curt and Carrie Schultz, to
sell and convey for $200 . 00, plus costs, a 1, 920 square foot
portion of an existing city-owned alley, to establish a
permanent driveway to an existing detached garage, located north
of 1317 West 11th Street, and legally described as follows :
That part of the 16 foot wide public alley in Block 3
of Russell Heights lying Easterly of a line - drawn
between the Southwest corner of Lot .2 of said Block 3
and the Northwest corner of Lot 3 of said Block 3 and
lying Westerly of a line drawn between the Southeast
- corner.. of Lot .2 of said Block 3 and the Northeast
corner of Lot 3 of said Block 3, City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
