RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MAIN STREET WATERLOO FOR $40, 000
DURING FISCAL YEAR 2016.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 19, 2015,
between Main Street Waterloo and the City of .Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $40, 000 . 00, for technical and professional
assistance with the redevelopment of Downtown Waterloo, Iowa
during Fiscal Year 2016, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October 2015 .
