RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1
TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JDE
ENGINEERING FOR THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLATTING
OF LAND I' FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE NORTHEAST
INDUSTRIAL PARK, NOT TO EXCEED $6, 450 . 00, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN AND
FULLY EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS .
BE IT *RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1, dated October 26, 2015 to
the Professional Services Agreement with JDE Engineering for the
preliminary and final platting of land for the expansion of the
Northeast Industrial Park, not to exceed $6, 450 . 00, is hereby
approved and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October 2015 .
