RESOLUTION APPROVINGPROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENTiWITH JDE ENGINEERING, OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $80, 400 . 00 FOR DESIGN
SERVICES FOR SANITARY SEWER, WATER MAIN, STORM
SEWER, AND ROADWAY TO SERVE THE NORTHEAST
INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 4, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.

BE IT RESOLVED'BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 26, 2015,
between JDE Engineering and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an
amount not to exceed $80, 400 . 00, for design services for the
sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, and roadway to serve the
Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 4, is hereby approved and the
Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October 2015 .
