RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. AND SETTING
A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS NOVEMBER 16, 2015 AND
BID OPENING AS NOVEMBER 12, 2015 FOR DEMOLITION
SERVICES AT 330 IRVING STREET AND 1025 SYCAMORE
STREET,t AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE'.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers- in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 16th day oaf November 2015 for
the purpose of holding a public hearing regarding Demolition
Services at 330 Irving Street and 1025 Sycambre Street, with the
bid opening being November 12, 2015 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 2015 .
