RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE F.Y. 2016 LEVEE TREE CLEARING (BLACK HAWK
CREEK SOUTHSIDE) , CONTRACT NO.'1 901, AS
.NOVEMBER 16, 2015, AT 5 : 30 P.M. , IN HAROLD E.
GETTY COUNCILYCHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO,
IOWA WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS ON NOVEMBER 12,
2015, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE.. IT...RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council "Chambers, City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 16th day of November, 2015,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the.
F.Y. 2016 Levee Tree Clearing (Black Hawk# Creek South Side) ,
Contract No. 901, with the taking of bids at 1 : 00 p.m. on
November 12,- 2015 . t
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 2015 .
