RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
• SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF. CONTRACT," ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH ASBESTOS ABATEMENT OF 325
COMMERCIAL STREET (FORMER WONDER BREAD
y. BUILDING) .
WHEREAS, by Resolution the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the Planning Director of
the City of Waterloo,_ Iowa to prepare proposed plans,
specificdtions, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with
asbestos abatement of 325' Commercial Street, locally known as the
former Wonder Bread building, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Planning Director did file said preliminary
plans, specifications, form - of contract, etc. , in conjunction
with •Asbes'tos abatement of 325 Commercial Street .
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November
2, 2015 .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OCUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO,` IOWA, that the said proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract;-etc. in conjunction with the asbestos abatement
of 325 Commercial Street,- in the City of •Waterloo, Iowa, is
hereby approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November 2015 .
