RESOLUTION NO. 2015-870
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
-ASBESTOS ABATEMENT OF 325 COMMERCIAL STREET
'LOCALLY KNOWN AS THE FORMER WONDER BREAD
BUILDING.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 201°5-869, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with asbestos abatement of
325 Commercial Street,` locally known as the former Wonder Bread
building, have been approved and adopted by this Council after
the public hearing on November 2, 2015 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERL00, • IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said asbestos
abatement proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day , f November 2015 .
