SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day
of November, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve the request by
DGOGWaterlooia10032018, LLC (Dollar
General) of West Plains, Missouri, to
vacate a ten (10) foot sidewalk easement
(approximately 300 square feet) along the
east side of Idaho Street between Willow
Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive,
legally described as follows:
