NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON REZONING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 28th
day of October, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve request by
Linda Woock to rezone 8.054 acres from
"A-1" Agricultural District to "R-2" One and
Two Family Residencepistrict, located at
and adjacent to 2036 Ashland Avenue,
legally described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF, PROPERTY
TO BE REZONED:
LOT 13, AND ALL OF LOT 14 EXCEPT
THE SOUTH 80', CUSHMAN HEIGHTS,
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
