RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH RECREATION ENGINEERING &
PLANNING, OF BOULDER, COLORADO, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $245, 865 . 00, FOR PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING
AND DESIGN IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A WHITEWATER COURSE ON THE
CEDAR RIVER IN DOWNTOWN WATERLOO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional ' Services Agreement dated November 2, 2015,
between Recreation Engineering and Planning, of Boulder, Colorado
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $245, 865 . 00, for
preliminary engineering and design in conjunction with the
construction of a whitewater course on the Cedar River in
Downtown Waterloo, is hereby approved.
