RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
FOR THE COMPLETION OF AN AIRFIELD PAVEMENT
MANAGEMENT STUDY AND ANALYSIS (APMS) AT THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$99, 800 . 00, AND REQUEST APPROVAL FOR THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional' Services Agreement dated November 2, 2015
between AECOM� Technical Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the completion on an airfield pavement management study
and analysis (APMS) `at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the
amount of $99, 800 . 00, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November 2015 .
