RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMEND FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY' ALTORFER, INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA, FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE RICE-NESHAP
IMPROVEMENTS * TO THE EMERGENCY GENERATOR AT
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND RECOMMEND
APPROVAL TO PROCEED WITH PAY ESTIMATE NO: 1
(PRE-FINAL) IN THE AMOUNT OF $31, 727 . 45, AND
PAY ESTIMATE NO: 2 (FINAL - INCLUDING•
RETAINAGE) AT $1,669 . 90 .
WHEREAS, Altofer, Inc. , of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has under '
contract with the City, of Waterloo, ` Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $31, 727 . 45 plus
a retainage fee of $1, 669 . 90, in conjunction with the RICE-NESHAP
Improvements_ to the Emergency Generator at the Waterloo 'Regional
Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa
BE IT RESOLVED BY, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,, IOWA,
that the certificate of Certificate of Completion and
Recommendation of Acceptance and approval to proceed with Pay
Estimate No. 1 in the amount of $31, 727 . 45 and Pay� Estimate No: 2
in the amount of $1, 669. 90, be and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November 2015 .
