RESOLUTION NO. 2019-830
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER LINTEL REPLACEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Lintel Replacement, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Lintel Replacement, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 4, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Five
Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Lintel Replacement, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November 2019.
