RESOLUTION NO. 2019-831
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER LINTEL REPLACEMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2019-830, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Lintel Replacement, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said program proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November 2019.
