RESOLUTION NO. 2015-877
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $42, 000 . 00 IN
CONJUNCTION, WITH THE WATERLOO SANITARY SEWER
SMOKE TESTING, SOUTHLAND PARK AND AUDUBON
PARK; AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 2, 2015
between AECOM Technical Services, Inc.. and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, in conjunction with the Waterloo Sanitary Sewer Smoke
Testing of Southland ,Park and Audubon Park, in an amount not to
exceed $42, 000 . 00, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November 2015 .
