RESOLUTION NO. 2019-835
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INVISION
ARCHITECTS, LTD., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $1,892.36, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS 2018
TOILET RENOVATION PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement originally executed March 4, 2019, between Invision
Architecture, LTD, of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be amended and approved
in an amount not to exceed $1,892.36, in conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts 2018
Toilet Renovation Project, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November 2019.
