RESOLUTION NO. 2019-836
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MMS CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR
WETLAND DELINEATION AND FINAL PLATTING
SERVICES, FOR APPROXIMATELY TEN (10) ACRES OF
LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
NORTHEAST DRIVE AND MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.
DRIVE, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $11,000, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 4, 2019, between MMS Consultants,
Inc., of Iowa City, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be approved in an amount not to exceed
$11,000.00, in conjunction with wetland delineation and final platting services, for approximately ten
(10) acres of land located at the southeast corner of Northeast Drive and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive,
and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November 2019.
