RESOLUTION NO. 2019-838
RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH C
& S CAR COMPANY, FOR A 2020 HYUNDAI SANTE FE,
VIN#5NMS33AD8LH15443, TO BE USED BY THE SCHOOL
RESOURCE UNIT FOR A SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD AT NO
COST TO THE CITY, AND AUTHORIZINGTHE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the lease agreement dated November 4, 2019, between C&S Car Company and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for a 2020 Hyundai Sante Fe, VIN#5NMS33AD8LH15443, to be used
by the School Resource Unit for a six (6) month period at no cost to the City, is hereby approved
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
