RESOLUTION NO. 2019-840
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY FEHR GRAHAM
ENGINEERING ON BEHALF OF NORTH CROSSING, LLC TO
APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT OF NORTH CROSSING SECOND
ADDITION, A 3-LOT SUBDIVISION LOCATED NEAR THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOGAN AVENUE AND EAST DONALD
STREET.
WHEREAS, on this 4th day of November 2019, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of North Crossing Second Addition, a 3-lot
subdivision located near the northeast corner of Logan Avenue and East Donald Street, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the
Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on October 1, 2019, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, the Final Plat of Fehr Graham Engineering on behalf of North Crossing,
LLC, for the Final Plat of North Crossing Second Addition, a 3-lot subdivision located near the
northeast corner of Logan Avenue and East Donald Street, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November 2019.
