RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA,
FOR THE WRITING, PREPARATION, AND SUBMISSION OF
A FY 2020 EPA BROWNFIELDS PROGRAM ASSESSMENT
GRANT APPLICATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 4, 2019, between HR Green of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$7,500, in conjunction with the
writing, preparation, and submission of a FY 2020 EPA Brownfields Program Assessment Grant
Application, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November 2019.
