RESOLUTION APPROVING IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES WASTEWATER DISPOSAL SYSTEM
CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION FEE FORM AND
CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION SCHEDULE A,
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR THE FY 2016 NE
INDUSTRIAL PARK SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN
EXTENSION, CONTRACT 900, AND AUTHORIZING
MAYOR TO SIGN SAID APPLICATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that that the Iowa Department of Natural Resources Wastewater
Disposal System Construction Permit Application Fee Form and
Construction Permit' Application Schedule A, General Information
for the FY 2016 NE Industrial Park Sanitary Sewer and Water Main
Extension Project, Contract 900,,wis hereby approved' and the Mayor
is hereby authorized and directed to execute said application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November 2015 .
