RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN THE WATERLOO
POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE DEPARTMENT OF
JUSTICE, (FBI/ATF) ALLOWING FOR THE REPAYMENT
OF OVERTIME FUNDS, THE USE OF FEDERAL
RESOURCES, AND LEASE FEDERAL VEHICLES DURING
INVESTIGATIONS OF MUTUAL INTEREST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of. Understanding darted November 16, 2015,
between the Department of Justice (FBI/ATF) and the Waterloo
Police Department, allowing for the repayment of overtime funds,
the use of federal resources, and lease of federal vehicles
during an investigation of mutual interest, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November 2015 .
