RESOLUTION NO. 2015-891
RESOLUTION TERMINATING THE 28E AGREEMENT WITH
LA PORTE CITY, IOWA FOR INSPECTION SERVICES
PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO EFFECTIVE
DECEMBER 15, 2015 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the termination of the 28E Agreementdated April 18, 2011,
between `the City of La Porte City, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, to provide technical and professional assistance for
building inspections and plan review, is hereby approved and the
termination of+ said agreement shall be effective on December 15,
2015 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November 2015 .
