ORDINANCE NO. 5526
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN
SECTION 10-4-4, TO APPROVE A REZONE OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT AND ADJACENT TO 2036
ASHLAND AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No.
5079 as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to rezone the property legally
described as follows:
LOT 13, AND ALL OF LOT 14 EXCEPT THE SOUTH 80', CUSHMAN
HEIGHTS, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, approximately 8.054 acres, generally
located at and adjacent to 2036 Ashland Avenue as "A-1" Agricultural District, be and the same
is hereby rezoned as "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District.
