RESOLUTION NO. 2019-852
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT
FOR 657A PROPERTIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director of said City to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Snow removal contract
lots generally acquired through Iowa Code 657A, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Snow removal contract for
lots generally acquired through Iowa Code 657A, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice,was held on November 12, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Snow removal contract for lots generally acquired through Iowa Code 657A, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of November 2019.
