RESOLUTION NO. 2019-859
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL
TRANSFER OF PUBLIC FUNDS AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Intergovernmental Transfer of Public Funds Agreement with the Iowa Department of Human
Services, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of November 2019.
