RESOLUTION NO. 2019-860
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY SHAW ELECTRIC, OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,128.56, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PHASE 1 AIRLINE PASSENGER
TERMINAL BUILDING - LIGHTING REPLACEMENT
PROJECT, AND DOOR INSTALLATION PROJECT AT THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE AIRPORT DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, Shaw Electric of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in conjunction with the
Phase 1 Airline Passenger Terminal Building - Lighting Replacement and Door Installation
Project, at the Waterloo Regional Airport, and
WHEREAS, Shaw Electric has completed the aforementioned project in accordance with
the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$11,128.56.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by Shaw Electric, at a total cost of$11,128.56, in conjunction with the
Phase 1 Airline Passenger Terminal Building - Lighting Replacement and Door Installation
Project, at the Waterloo Regional Airport, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of November 2019.
