Prime contractors are required to assist MBENVBE businesses in overcoming barriers to participation, and must make good faith efforts to secure bids from, and award subcontracts to, MBENVBE businesses. For all contract bids of $50,000 or more, the following is required to demonstrate good faith efforts in accordance with this policy: 1. "MBENVBE BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PRE-BID CONTACT INFORMATION FORM" submitted with the prime contractor bid, properly completed and signed on Form CCO-4 (Rev. 06-20-02).
