SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th
day of November, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve the
request by Warren Transport Inc., for a
Site Plan Amendment to the "B -P"
Business Park District to allow for the
construction of a new 39,600 square foot
trucking facility, located east of 3121
Greyhound Drive, legally described as
