RESOLUTION NO. 2015-901
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
F.Y. 2016 NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK SANITARY
SEWER AND WATER MAIN EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO.
900 .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2015-900, plans specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the F.Y. 2016
Northeast Industrial Park Sanitary Sewer and Water Main
Extension, Contract No. 900, have been approved and adopted by
this Council after the public hearing on November 23, 2015 as
prescribed by statute.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion -by this- Council' that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications . #^
