RESOLUTION NO. 2019-899
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENTS ETC., AND SETTING THE DATE OF BID OPENING
AS DECEMBER 12, 2019 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
DECEMBER 16, 2019, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LEISURE
SERVICES DEPARTMENT 2020 REQUEST FOR FACILITY
SERVICES, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID
NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary specifications bid documents, etc., in conjunction with
the Leisure Services Department 2020 Request for Facility Services, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Leisure Services Department
2020 Request for Facility Services, be scheduled for December 12, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 16th day of December 2019,
to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the Leisure Services Department 2020 Request for
Facility Services.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
