RESOLUTION NO. 2019-909
RESOLUTION APPROVING REAP GRANT AGREEMENT #20-
R4-GY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $200,000, WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH GREENBELT LAKE IMPROVEMENTS,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Grant Agreement #20-R4-GY dated November 25, 2019, for Resource Enhancement and
Protection (REAP) Grant funding, in the amount of$200,000, with no required City match, in
conjunction with the Greenbelt Lake Improvements Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November 2019.
