RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF WATERLOO
ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDED JUNE 30, 2019, AND AUTHORIZING
THE PUBLICATION OF THE REPORT AND SUBMISSION TO
THE STATE OF IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Annual Financial Report of the City of Waterloo, Iowa for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30,
2019, as required by Iowa Code 384.22, is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to publish and transmit the same to the Auditor of the State of Iowa, on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November 2019.
