RESOLUTION NO. 2019-923
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DONATION OF LAND AND
ACCEPTANCE OF QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM DIANE
HANSEN, FOR A PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOT 72 IN
LEWIS MILLER'S SMALL FARMS PLAT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,that the
donation of land, and acceptance of a quit claim deed from Diane Hansen to the City of Waterloo,
for property located near Hwy. 63 and the Danes Baseball Complex, and legally described as
follows:
LOT 72 IN LEWIS MILLER'S SMALL FARMS, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY,IOWA
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November 2019.
