RESOLUTION NO. 2019-908
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH UNITI FIBER, LLC, TO ALLOW USE OF
CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR A COMMUNICATION SYSTEM,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Right-of-Way License Agreement dated November 25, 2019, between Uniti Fiber, LLC, of
Little Rock, Arkansas and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, allowing the use of city right-of-way for a
communication system, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November 2019.
