AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
c AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE ,OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, Rezoning Certain Property, of Ordinance No. 5079,
as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to
rezone the property legally described as follows:
That part of -the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 33,
T89N R 13W of the 5th Principal Meridian, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
The South 275.00 feet of the East 100.00 feet of Parcel
"J", Miscellaneous Book 332, Page 723 in the Black Hawk
County Recorder's Office.
now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa,
approximately 0.63 acres of -land located along the north side of
West Ridgeway Avenue between Highway 63 and West ,4th Street, as
"A-1" Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-2" Commercial District as above described, subject to 'the
following conditions:
1. That uses within the rezone area be limited to
commercial uses.
Section 2. That the `City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of. Black Hawk County, Iowa.
