BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA,_,as follows:
That part of the vacated alley lying between Lot Nos. 285 thru 289
and Lot Nos. 366 thru 370, except the South 8 feet of the East 65
feet thereof;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
