AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF A FIVE (5)
FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOTS 146 AND
147 OF HAMMOND HILLS 6TH ADDITION, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
The South Five (5) feet of Lot 146, except the West Eight (8) feet
thereof; and the North Five (5) feet of Lot 147, except the West
Eight (8) feet thereof, all in Hammond Hills Sixth Addition,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
