RESOLUTION NO. 2019-878
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
NOVEMBER 25, 2019 TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO
THE MARTIN ROAD DEVELOPMENT PLAN, TO UPDATE
PROJECTS AND PROJECT BUDGETS TO BE INCLUDED IN
THE PLAN, AND OTHER GENERAL UPDATES TO THE
PLAN, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall, City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 25th day of November,
2019, for the purpose of approving an amendment the Martin Road Development Plan, to update
projects and project budgets to be included in the Plan, and other general updates to the Plan.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and
place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November 2019.
