RESOLUTION NO. 2019-884
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 YOUNG ARENA ROOF
REPLACEMENT PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 998.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the FY 2019 Young Arena Roof Replacement Project, Contract No.
998, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2019 Young Arena Roof Replacement Project,
Contract No. 998, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 18, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY
2019 Young Arena Roof Replacement Project, Contract No. 998, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November 2019.
