RESOLUTION NO. 2019-891
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY CEDAR VALLEY CORP.,
LLC, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$6,240,037.45, IN CONJUNCTION WITH FY 2014 KIMBALL
AVENUE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENTS,
CONTRACT NO. 843.
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corp., LLC, of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with FY 2014 Kimball Avenue Transportation Improvements, Contract No. 843, and
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corp., LLC, has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$6,240,037.45.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by Cedar Valley Corp., LLC, at a total cost of $6,240,037.45, in
conjunction with FY 2014 Kimball Avenue Transportation Improvements, Contract No. 843, are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November 2019.
