ORDINANCE NO. 5308
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (1) BLACK HAWK STREET TO
SECTION 568, TWO HOUR PARKING BETWEEN 8:00
A.M. AND 4:00 P.M. - EXCEPT SATURDAY AND
SUNDAY, AND AMENDING SUBSECTION (1)
COMMERCIAL STREET TO SECTION 568, TWO HOUR
PARKING BETWEEN 8:00 A.M. AND 4:00 P.M. -
EXCEPT SATURDAY AND SUNDAY BY RENUMBERING
SAID SUBSECTION TO (1A).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
That Subsection (1) Black Hawk Street of Section 568, Two Hour
Parking Between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., of the 2008 Traffic Code,
is hereby added as follows:
(1) Black Hawk Street Southwest side from West 12th Street to
West 14th Street; Southwest side from
West 15th Street to West 18th Street.
(note: the blocks between 11th and 12th and 14th and 15th will stay
as they are at this time -which is No Parking This Side -so that
will not need changing).
That Subsection (1) Commercial Street of Section 568, Two Hour
Parking Between -8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., of the 2008 Traffic Code,
is renumbered as follows:
(la) Commercial Street Both sides from West 18th Street to West
12th Street (Ord. #'3444, 7/7/86)
