HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 5526STATE OF IOWA, } Black Hawk County, SS ORDINANCE NO. 5526 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDI- NANCE NO. 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, TO APPROVE A REZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED AT AND ADJACENT TO 2036 ASHLAND AVENUE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER- LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No. 5079 as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to rezone the property legally described as follows: LOT 13, AND ALL OF LOT 14 EXCEPT THE SOUTH 80', CUSHMAN HEIGHTS, WA- TERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, approximately 8.054 acres, generally located at and adjacent to 2036 Ashland Avenue as "A-1" Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby rezoned as "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District.
