F.Y. 2014 Kimball Avenue Transportation Improvements, Contract No. 843.

It is recommended that the project be accepted and that Council approve the "Statement of Completion
and Final Acceptance of Work" and authorize the Mayor to sign said document.
I report that Cedar Valley Corp., LLC, of Waterloo, Iowa, has completed the above referenced project
in accordance with the plans and specifications.
